If you are using some models of Samsung or Huawei mobiles, with latest MiSphere Camera or MADVenture360 app, you may encounter a ‘black hole’ where it seems only one lens is working. DON’T fret it’s not your camera. Its a known software issue, that thankfully should easily be fixed by doing the following:
- Make sure your firmware is up to date open the app, click on account settings in top left and select More help…
- Then simply select Rendering issue auto fix.
- Once enabled, each time you open a video or picture in the app, you will see a new option on the screen asking Does this display normally? If it isn’t select No, Try Next, there are a total of 8 patches and you simply go through each one until hopefully you find one that works for your phone.
- If you find one works select Normal. The app should then remember this setting from now on.
