Enjoy a virtual tour of Exeter Food Festival with selections of amazing food and drinks all sourced from local producers
Update: May 2020
Sadly due to COVID-19 this years festival has been cancelled.
Usually the weekend of the May bank holiday, I’d wanted to come here for a couple years but hadn’t got round to it until now. It’s £10 entry on the door, but you get that back with all the free samples of food and drink available. There are so many selections of gin, rum, tequila and lots of amazing foods all from local producers. I tried an alpaca burger which i have to say was delicious, and the cheese selections were numerous and i have to give a shout to the scotch eggs. You can even make your own pizza with Darts Farm adding toppings and then get to watch it being wood-fired ready for you to eat! In the grounds of Exeter Castle there is even more, with bands playing on stage, of course not forgetting the beer tent and even more food. I definitely recommend it and shall be hopefully returning next year.
